We value customer feedback

Ancaster Nissan South Croydon staff were good because they were pleasant and explained all the procedures clearly. I have dealt with the dealership for many years.

Ancaster Hyundai Croydon provided excellent sales support and I would highly recommend them.

Ancaster Nissan Slough were great because the cars offer value for money, good spec and good after sales follow up considering tight restrictions of lockdown.

My experience at Ancaster Fiat Dartford was memorable because throughout the whole process i could not fault the communication. The only thing was that now and again the conversation was directed to my partner not to me he was paying for the car but it was for me.Other than that all we as should be.

Ancaster Hyundai Croydon were really helpful and I'd recommend them because every aspect of the purchase was clear, easy and a great service! The sales advisor was excellent and answered every query to a satisfactory level.

The experience at Ancaster Hyundai Croydon was good because from start to finish I was treated with curtesy and friendliness. Everything was explained in detail and I found it an enjoyable experience.

The experience at Ancaster Fiat Dartford was great because the salesman communicated with me by phone or email every step of the way and sorted out any issues promptly and courteously. I also appreciated the extra touches like the video presentation of my car, the offer to tune the radio to my choice of stations, and the offer to talk me through controls etc as soon as the car had been delivered to me. The car delivery service was a big bonus as I live some distance from the dealer and tier restrictions were in place. Considering I did not in the end visit the dealer and bought the car unseen, I could not be happier with the outcome.

My experience at Ancaster Fiat Dartford was positive because Michael Rees was professional and helpful and made the sale simple and easy for us. Very happy!

I had a great experience at Ancaster Nissan Bromley because the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nathan seemed like a natural and comfortable person to chat to and wasn't pushy in the slightest. Since dealing with him I have given his name over to my neighbours who have already visited for a test drive and a friend of ours is also planning on paying him a visit. He was very helpful and down to earth and we are very pleased with our new car thanks to him. Although our experience with the Eltham branch was positive, unfortunately there wasn't much they could do in terms of a deal on the car we liked so we tried the Bromley branch, met Nathan and he was more accommodating to our requirements and budget. This is why I have recommended him to people and will continue to do so.

I was pleased with Ancaster Nissan Penge and would recommend them because the new manager Jeffery was amazing and sorted out the problem I had with the previous team Jeff and Darren have turned the showroom around great team now there ,if it was not for them I would not of gone back there ,they went beyound in sorting out the problem and were very helpful in sorting out the problem GREAT GUYS

Ancaster Nissan Penge were great because I have dealt with them many times before and bought 3 vehicles there. I am profoundly deaf and have always found this no problem at Ancaster Nissan Penge. I would like to name 2 members of staff who have always given me exceptional service: Mr Steve Riches and |Mr Alan Whent. Why go elsewhere when I am more than satisfied with Ancaster Nissan Penge.

I'd recommend Ancaster Fiat Catford to anyone because the staff were wonderful and went the extra mile for me

My experience at Ancaster Nissan Eltham was memorable because the staff I came in contact with all went above and beyond my expectations.

Ancaster Nissan South Croydon were really helpful and I'd recommend them because I found them to go beyond their job.

Ancaster Fiat Dartford were really helpful when discussing different car options and whether to get a used or new car. They were patient and explained everything to me clearly as well as all the finance options. They were also really friendly and did not put any pressure on me, being a young first time buyer.

The experience at Ancaster Nissan Eltham was great because it was easy, quick and efficient

Ancaster Hyundai Croydon were great because they were very patient and considerate with my new vehicle as it was my first vehicle. I would only say that I was slightly disappointed a simple mechanical fault, that I noticed straightaway had not been checked before the purchase and handover of the vehicle. I would have expected something like this would have been checked and picked up on especially as it was not a problem that developed but one that was there from the start.

I would recommend Ancaster Nissan Slough to friends and family because the staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt that Ancaster were honest were making sure I had the right car and plan for my needs and not just trying to meet targets. It was a breath of fresh air and very different experience then the car salesman I have dealt with in the past.
