Our trained technicians work to the highest standards and use only genuine parts to guarantee not only peace of mind, but that your warranty and car's resale value are protected.

How it Works

If you have had an accident, simply call our helpline on 0333 358 4243 and provide details about the accident, the third party, any witnesses and if you were not at fault we will:

1) Provide you with a comparable vehicle

2) Recover your vehicle if it is legally undriveable

3) Organise your repairs and liaise with your insurer and third party

4) Handle any uninsured losses and personal injury claims

5) Monitor the repairs process

Once repairs are complete, you can collect your vehicle.

What To Do At The Scene Of An Accident

1) Stop Your Car - this is a legal requirement after any accident.

2) Check For Injuries - call 999 immediately if medical assistance is needed.

3) Take Photos - if possible, take photos of any damage on both vehicles and the vehicle positions in the road.

4) Exchange details - with the other driver (s) involved. Include name, contact details and vehicle details

5) Ask for witness details - Take the same information from any independent witnesses.

6) Do Not Admit Liability - You may not have caused the accident, even if you think you did.

7) Capture further details - think of weather conditions, immediate actions before the accident such as, was the other vehicle signalling etc.

8) Check Your Vehicle - only drive away if you vehicle is legal and safe to do so. If not call our accident helpline 0333 358 4243 so we can get you recovered.
