This summer, St Pancras International has hosted a unique display where British and French cultures meet in a playful showcase of the highly anticipated Renault 5 E-Tech 100% electric. Between July 22nd to August 11th, visitors were able to explore the modern design and advanced technology of the new Renault 5, set against a recreated Parisian Street scene on the station’s main concourse.
The display featured the Renault 5 E-Tech adorned with a Union Jack and a British telephone box given a Renault-themed makeover. Passers-by could delve into the car’s contemporary design and cutting-edge features, and some lucky visitors even had the chance to take home a limited-edition scale model of the car.
David Isherwood, Renault UK's Marketing Director, highlighted the return of the Renault 5 as a cultural icon, blending nostalgia with modern electric vehicle technology.
The Renault 5 E-Tech, set to launch in the UK in early 2025, promises a driving range of up to 248 miles on a single charge and is built on Renault's innovative AmpR platform.
For those eager to get behind the wheel, early orders can be secured with an R-Pass, allowing customers to place their order 10 days before the general public. The Renault 5 E-Tech 100% electric is planned to arrive in the UK early 2025.
