The All-New Nissan MICRA is here - and it’s gone fully electric.
Now available to test drive at Ancaster, this latest version keeps the personality that’s made Micra a favourite for over 40 years but brings it right up to date with electric power, a bold new look and a much more connected interior.

A familiar name, reworked for today
MICRA has always been about being easy to live with - and that hasn’t changed.
What has changed is how it does it. This is the first fully electric MICRA, designed to fit into everyday driving without overcomplicating things.
It still feels approachable, still feels like a MICRA - just a bit more grown up.
Electric, without the guesswork
The All-New Nissan MICRA EV keeps things simple, with two substantial battery options, making it ready for whatever you’ve got planned.
- 40kWh with up to 196 miles of range
- 52kWh with up to 257 miles of range
And when you do need to charge, it can go from 15% to 80% in around 30 minutes, making longer journeys easier to manage.
EV Grant now available
There’s also support available through the latest EV Government Grant:
- £3,750 towards the 52kWh versions (Advance and Evolve)
- £1,500 towards the 40kWh versions (Engage and Advance)
It’s a helpful saving that makes switching to electric that bit more accessible.
A nicer place to spend time
Inside, the MICRA feels more refined than ever.
Dual 10.1” screens, built-in Google features and ambient lighting all come as standard, giving you everything you need without overcomplicating things.
It’s also surprisingly roomy, with up to 326 litres of boot space - so it’s just as practical as it is easy to live with.
Designed with a bit more personality
The new design keeps that recognisable MICRA character but adds a sharper edge.
From the distinctive headlights (complete with a subtle “wink” when you unlock the car) to a choice of 14 colour combinations, it’s not one that blends in.
