Technicians Required – Hyundai Croydon
Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Technician to join our successful team at Ancaster Hyundai Croydon.
You will be joining a high-performing dealership with a supportive team environment, excellent manufacturer training, and genuine opportunities for progression within one of South East London’s longest established dealer groups.
We are looking for skilled and motivated technicians who take pride in their work and enjoy working as part of a busy and professional aftersales team.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Full UK Driving Licence Required
Key Responsibilities
-
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards

Diagnose faults using the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment and systems

Complete Electronic Vehicle Health Checks

Identify and report additional work required on customer vehicles

Work closely with the Service Department to ensure excellent customer communication

Carry out road tests and vehicle inspections where required

Maintain a high standard of workmanship and efficiency

Support apprentices and less experienced technicians when appropriate

Keep up to date with manufacturer training and technical knowledge
Skills & Experience Required
-
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

Full UK driving licence

Previous dealership or manufacturer experience desirable

Diagnostic experience desirable

MOT Tester licence desirable

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
