An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Ancaster Nissan Epsom as a Vehicle Technician. 

We are looking for a skilled and motivated technician who is passionate about the motor industry and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. Working within a modern workshop environment, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of these exciting new automotive brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic equipment and systems
  • Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work where required
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
  • Support the workshop team in maintaining a productive and professional environment
  • Keep up to date with manufacturer training and technical information

About You:

  • NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Previous workshop or dealership experience preferred
  • Diagnostic experience advantageous
  • MOT Tester qualification desirable but not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential
  • Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

Details & Benefits

  • Location: Epsom
  • Salary: £34,000–£38,000 with OTE, Based on Qualification Level
  • Department: Aftersales
  • Benefits: Company pension, Bonus scheme, No Saturdays, Life Insurance, Perk Box.
  • Driver Licence Required: Yes
  • Working Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday – no Saturdays.
