An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Ancaster Group at our busy Nissan dealership in Eltham. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Advisor to play a key role in launching this new site and supporting a high-performing aftersales team.

About the Role

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our aftersales operation, ensuring the smooth supply and management of parts to keep our workshop running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplying parts to the workshop and supporting vehicle health checks
• Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries accurately
• Managing stock control and maintaining organised parts storage
• Ensuring the workshop and parts areas are clean, safe and efficient
• Delivering excellent internal service to technicians and colleagues

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years’ experience in a parts department
• Motor industry experience is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, team-focused approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment
