An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a brand new team at Ancaster Nissan Eltham.

As a Driver and Site Assistant, you will support the smooth and safe running of our dealership by managing vehicle movements, maintaining site presentation, and delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with the Sales team to prepare vehicles for customers while ensuring all site standards are upheld.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer and company vehicles to a correct and safe standard, including collecting vehicles or items from other dealerships when required
• Maintain order across the forecourt and car park to ensure safe and efficient vehicle storage
• Treat and clear the forecourt/car park with grit salt during icy conditions and display safety cones where necessary
• Ensure all displayed vehicles meet Ancaster and Hyundai standards, including pricing, headboards and cleanliness
• Wear protective footwear and clothing at all times and maintain a neat and professional appearance in line with our corporate image
• Comply with all Health & Safety legislation and company policies
• Assist Sales Consultants in preparing vehicles for customer collection, including fuelling and basic readiness checks
• Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping across all areas of the site
• Seek advice from your Manager where needed and report any errors or issues promptly
• Safeguard all company assets under your control
• Remain flexible and willing to undertake a wide range of duties across any area of the business as directed by a Brand Manager or Manager
• Communicate all work-related matters clearly and promptly to the relevant people
• Support the aims and objectives of the Customer Satisfaction Programme
• Welcome and assist customers arriving on site to ensure a positive experience
• Attend training courses when required
• Carry out any other reasonable duties within your capability, as requested by management

• Full care and protection of customers’ vehicles and property throughout the collection and delivery process
• Successful completion of a 6-month probation period
