Driver & Site Coordinator – OMODA & JAECOO Welling

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our OMODA & JAECOO team in Welling.

We are looking for a reliable, organised and customer-focused Driver & Site Coordinator to help keep our busy dealership running smoothly.

This is a varied, hands-on role covering vehicle movements, site presentation and supporting the Sales team with vehicle preparation. You'll also interact with customers, so we're looking for someone who takes pride in providing a friendly and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer and company vehicles safely and professionally

• Transfer vehicles, parts or other items between Ancaster dealerships when required

• Organise vehicles across the forecourt and car park to maintain a safe, tidy and efficient site

• Assist the Sales team with preparing vehicles for customer handover, including fuelling and basic readiness checks

• Ensure display vehicles are clean, correctly presented and meet Ancaster and OMODA & JAECOO standards

• Welcome and assist customers arriving at the dealership

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the site

• Help keep external areas safe during adverse weather, including gritting and positioning safety cones when required

• Take appropriate care of customer vehicles, company vehicles and other company property

• Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and dealership policies

• Report any vehicle damage, errors or site issues promptly to the relevant Manager

• Communicate clearly with colleagues across the dealership and wider Ancaster Group

• Attend training when required

• Support the wider dealership team with other reasonable duties as required

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, practical and comfortable working in a busy dealership environment.

You'll need:

• A full UK driving licence

• A careful and responsible approach to driving and handling vehicles

• Good communication and customer service skills

• The ability to work well as part of a team

• Good organisation and time management

• A professional appearance and attitude

• A flexible approach and willingness to help where needed

• A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
